We do not use cookies for tracking, we run no analytics, and there are no third-party scripts on these pages.
To receive files you are deliberately sending us, and to keep a record that we received them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure intake channel and, where the files relate to an engagement, performance of that contract. If the files contain special category data, the arrangement with your organisation governs that - this service is the transport, not the agreement.
Files are transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest on hardware owned and operated by Upward Technologies in the Netherlands. They are not stored with any cloud provider and are not transferred outside the EEA. Uploads are scanned for malware on arrival.
Upload links expire and close themselves, normally within one hour or one day as the sender chooses. Files themselves are kept for 90 days from the day we receive them, after which they are deleted automatically. Access and audit logs are retained for 12 months.
You may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to the contact above. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
